Price includes:
Accommodation, bed linen, bath towel and hand towel changed 1x week, heating, consumption of fire wood, electricity and water consumption, parking, Internet connection, baby cot (on request), use of various sport’s equipment and games.
Baby cot up to 3 years free of charge
Price does not include:
Final cleaning and disinfection fee of 800 CZK / 1 apartment.
Tourist tax of 12 CZK per person (18+ years) / night.
Fee for using the sauna (approx. 300-400 CZK / 1 sauna session, charged according to energy consumption).
Booking conditions:
- We charge 50% of the accommodation price when booked. Booking becomes firm after receiving the money in our account. Balance of payment is paid in cash on the day of arrival.
- Cancelling reservation:
- more than 90 days before arrival – full refund of the deposit
- 60 – 30 days before arrival – refund of 50% from the deposit
- less than 60 days before arrival – the deposit is non-refundable
